our returns policy
Unfortunately we are unable to process returns for opened and used products. All products must be returned in original condition and packaging to our warehouse. Store locations do not accept returns for AHNESTI products.
If you ordered the wrong product and need to exchange it. Please call us at 612.808.8884 and we will help you!
We are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed and/or scheduled for shipping. Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are unable to cancel it, in which case it will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above.
If the order has not been processed and/or shipped, we will cancel the order and also refund any shipping charges if applied. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the steps mentioned above.
